Return and Exchange Policy

*Exchanges Only: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available for eligible items.

Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- The original packaging must be intact.

Exchange Window:
- Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date.
- After 15 days, we are unable to process exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately.
- Damaged or incorrect goods are eligible for exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Please email us at info@chicamalacy.co with your order number and details of the issue.
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Processing Time for Exchanges:
- Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you via email.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for your exchange to be processed.

International Exchanges:
- For international orders, the same exchange window of 15 days applies.
- Shipping times and costs for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

Final Sale Items:
- Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchanges.
